  3. Lost: If your package was lost during transit.
  4. Damaged: If the item arrived damaged.
  5. Wrong Item: If you received an incorrect item.
  6. Wrong Address (Carrier Error): If the carrier delivered the item to the wrong address.

If your return qualifies under these conditions, please file a claim using our FREE Order Protection service provided by OrderProtection.com.

Final Sale Policy:
If the conditions for a claim are not met, the sale is considered final. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue store credit as the final resolution.


Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • A tracking number must be provided for verification when shipping the return.
  • Unique Leather Bracelets is not responsible for returns without a valid tracking number that are not delivered or are lost in transit. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue store credit for the original purchase amount as the final resolution.
